My responsibilities at 19 have included statutory financial reporting, management reporting, group strategy and development, tax, treasury and corporate governance. 19 Entertainment is Simon Fuller's global media and entertainment business, which produces two of the biggest TV formats in the US, American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance, and manages the careers of Sports, Music and Fashion personalities including David and Victoria Beckham, Andy Murray, Roland Mouret and Claudia Schiffer. Group profit increased to $80m in 2008 from $20m in 2005. 19's operations and based in London, LA and New York and the Group is a subsidiary of the US listed company, CKX Inc. During my time I ensured that the Group became Sarbanes Oxley compliant and complied with the quarterly reporting requirements under US Gaap.
