Customer Charter We believe in honesty and integrity. We will always put your best interests first. We will talk your language and not use jargon. We will take the time to explain everything we do and how this will put you in a better position. If you are already in the best position, we will tell you this. We believe in strategic advice. Having the best strategy in place for each client is important to us. We believe in fee-for-service, having a fully transparent pricing structure where you choose how much you would like to pay on an ongoing basis. We will not charge you a fee based upon a percentage of your balance. If we receive payments from insurance products, we will use these to reduce any upfront plan fees or ongoing retainer fees. When we refer you to other specialists, we will only ever refer you to trusted professionals that we use ourselves.
