We are a 501 c3 non-profit organization established in the USA. 1M1B's mission is to empower and enable 1 million people who will drive 1 billion people out of poverty. It is a skills accelerator aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). 1M1B is a United Nations-accredited non-profit. We create jobs and enhance income for underserved communities by engaging young urban leaders and corporations. Our partners include UN-Habitat, the Department of Science and Technology (Government of India), the University of California Berkeley, Tata Trusts, Arch Angels Washington DC and IBM.
