Technology is shaping the future. The question is, will it be equitable? Our vision is to make Philadelphia the capital of equitable tech and innovation. We focus on multiplier initiatives that maximize impact. We build our community by: - Convening the local tech community to identify high impact initiatives that will help us reach our long-term goals - Building critical partnerships between existing organizations, initiatives, and programs working to improve outcomes for underrepresented people - Raising awareness with Philadelphia residents about opportunities in tech and innovation through direct marketing, outreach, events and initiatives - Facilitating and supporting the launch of new programs and initiatives through grantmaking and operational support - Providing actionable data that will help drive change and inform state and local policies that are supportive of equitable innovation.
