Company History:
1st avenue set up shop on the Lee High Road, close to Blackheath, London in 2004. Initially opened to handle residential sales the company strategy changed to incorporate a lettings department later that year assuming a greater boundary of operation which can be seen in action by many independent agencies today.
In need of more space and with the aim of getting closer to our target market, the company moved into a new flagship branch in Greenwich, London in 2008. Specialising in Lettings, Property Management and new build sales, the company continues to grow.
In keeping with the company strategy of moving into new service lines, December 2011 saw 1st avenue open its second office in Hong Kong to promote the company across the Asia-Pacific region with international investors, as well as provide support to major developers and global real estate providers on International Project Marketing.
