1st East is the Urban Regeneration Company for Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Working with public and private partners 1st East is set to transform the face and the future of the two towns. Established in 2005, core funded by a partnership of local, county, regional and national public bodies. Governed by a Board with the majority of the Directors from the private sector.
