1Step-Beyond

Using over 35 years of experience to help develop an organisation or companies' mental wellness strategy to improve the mental health of their respective employees. I can also offer life coaching consultancy on a one to one basis. I am very fortunate to have setup my own companies, had great jobs and worked for and with some amazing people and companies, but like many people I have struggled to manage a complex life, whilst also trying to cope with a family member with severe mental health issues. The skills I have developed as a sales and management executive and non-exec director, building businesses at the cutting edge of IT, I am now applying to developing a new positive approach and strategy to mental health and life coaching. I have trained as a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA for England), am completing counselling and life coaching training. I intend to develop the skills to become a professional therapist whilst also following a path to provide mental health strategy to companies and organisations.
