One evening, as I was driving from Arkansas to Kansas City, MO, I shared my frustrations with my operations officer. This platform offers a straightforward application process that can connect users with hiring managers or recruiters almost instantly. As for our cactus logo, it symbolizes resilience and determination—qualities I learned growing up in Lubbock, TX. Additionally, the word “cactus” comes from the Latin, tracing back to the Ancient Greek word κάκτος (káktos), which Theophrastus used for a spiny plant of uncertain identity. Similarly, many young people aged 16-24 are still on a journey to discover their own identities and aspirations in life.
