Full service agency, providing industrial design, mechanical engineering, mock-ups, prototyping, small series production (e.g. for pre-serial production start) as well as graphic design and corporate design. Play, curiosity and wide spectrum of knowladge are the cornerstones for what we call good design. We are aiming for strategic cooperations with cabin producers all over the Europe. RAPID PROTOTYPING, MOCKUPS & ERGONOMICS Design thinking, everydays practical experience, ergonomics and engineering join at the first walk-in display model in original scale. At a mockup engineers and designers, marketing and sales, clients and end users have the chance to discuss construction, design, ergonomic details and further technical development. Our mockups are mostly developed together with cabin producers and are in-house manifactured. PROTOTYPING & SMALL SERIES PRODUCTION Functional prototyping for cabins of any size as well as for large scale vehicles ruquires specific logistics and tooling - we have both. Especially in the fields of designed plastic parts and 3D-formed covers in sheet metal, we have long-term experience and own facilities for functional prototypes in origilnal materials. Due to long-term cooperation with producers we have specific process knowledge and moulding experience in rotomoulds, vaccum thermo moulding, injection moulding, composite materials and metal pressing - in addition to standard sheet metal construction. With own workshops under one roof and local producting partners we are able to accelarate the prototyping process significantly and create moulds and parts for prototyping as well as for pre-series manufacturing in final materials and for small series production.
