2 Ames LLC is a Chautauqua, NY restaurant and hospitality company founded by Jeremy Hois and Daniel Borg-Sundstrom.
Our first and only restaurant is located in the first two floors of a 1900's Victorian home in the historic Chautauqua Institution.
Our goal is to create a restaurant that deepens the sense of community through affordable artistic flavor combinations and presentation. Our design is to make patrons feel like the restaurant is an extension of their own home while additionally inspiring creativity, stimulating them both mentally and sensorally.
As the first cocktail & wine bar in Chautauqua Institution, we have curated an extensive list of boutique wines and spirits from around the world. Surrounded by some of the best farms in America, we strive to work with them as much as possible to produce a better and better product.
We are a young group but constantly learning, changing, adapting and refining to produce a memorable and lasting experience and meeting-place.
