Although I have long since left Chipotle, I find myself extremely fortunate to have developed under their strong and rewarding people culture. Starting after a brief stint in culinary school as a Prep Cook. I quickly grew into an Assistant(Apprentice) GM role and eventually, General Manager. I was pivotal in growing sales and developing a strong pipeline that ultimately led to the opening of a second location.I entered the world of spirits, beer and wine after leaving Chipotle, and brought with me the continuous drive to pursue knowledge, opportunity, and growth. This has led me to work across many different hot spots in the United States, and allowed me to connect with some of the very best in the beverage industry.I am passionate about spirits and brand education. I back these passions up through my confidence, ability to teach, and my overall knowledge on the subject. My current career goal to exercise these strengths is to find employment as a brand ambassador and/or restaurant/bar consultant.
