With a license agreement, you obtain the rights to unlimited duplication and customization of the materials. Each license agreement comes with electronic files for the participant guide, instructor guide, and handouts. For two of our courses, Delegation and Be a THINKing Partner, we have an app that complements the content and extends the learning.
Our leadership courses are interaction and application based. Every course includes practicing the skills taught using the participants' work situations.
2-Way will support customizing the materials and training your trainers. We offer design services and train-the-trainer courses.
