Our mission is to motivate human potential to sales success within the vibrant vehicle industry. We have mapped the customer journey, experimenting with various upskilling techniques and mentorship programs. Our trials led to the creation of a unique training approach C.O.D.E. that not only enhanced skills but also instilled confidence. We are now making this into a deliverable program to help aspiring salesmen in their journey to sales excellence. The results have been transformative, with my mentees landing jobs offering up to 4 lakhs per annum.
