20-20 Advisor Group

The mission of the 20-20 Advisor Group is, “Help Individuals and Organizations Grow!” We achieve this through working with leaders as their executive coach, strategic planning partner, and business adviser. Another key component is developing their leadership team by using feedback and evaluation tools. 20-20 Advisor Group has worked with businesses of varying size and industry, from engineering firms, online services, financial institutions, and cultural arts. 20-20 Advisor Group was founded in 2018 by Marshall Paepke, following a 21-year career with Mountain America Credit Union in roles from intern to the executive team. 20-20 Advisor Group seeks to provide clients with the best resources to gather feedback and encourage growth. Resources include the Marshall Goldsmith Certified Coaching Model, 360-degree feedback surveys, Everything DiSC assessment tools, and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.
