Established in 1995, 2020 ENGINEERING is a sustainable civil engineering consulting company specializing in the development and implementation of civil engineering designs that utilize the best of today’s conventional engineering practices along with new, emerging and alternative technologies. 2020 is recognized nationally and internationally as a leader in the development and implementation of civil engineering designs that feature low impact and “deep green” sustainable strategies on a broad range of public and private projects. 2020 has been involved with the research, planning, and/or design of over 300 sustainable and Low Impact Development (LID), LEED, and Living Building Challenge projects at residential, commercial, industrial, educational, and municipal levels. 2020's sustainable and low impact designs include porous pavements and raingardens, rainwater harvesting systems, ecologically based wastewater treatment & water reuse systems, urban agriculture, and material recycling and composting facilities.
