Direct background and expertise integrating and leading change for cardiovascular and anesthesia services lines. --Facilitation of Board/Executive level understanding of the economic dynamics driving the transformation to value to include strategic foundations needed to succeed going forward. --Strategic Consultation to new tech enabled providers that may offer a game changing model of care, analytics or communication but are struggling to achieve adoption within the incumbent system. --Advisory services to Investment Firms (PE, VC, etc.) looking to sort through the myriad of early stage health entities to identify those that are well positioned for success in the transforming market.
