2040 Training

2040 Training offers training and consultancy on information rights issues - GDPR, Data Protection Act, direct marketing (both DP and PECR) and Freedom of Information. What I offer is practical, no-nonsense and grounded in common sense. No hysteria, no hype about fines, just a pragmatic approach to a complex subject. The '20' refers to the maximum 20 working days which an organisation has to answer an FOI request. The '40' refers to the maximum 40 calendar days an organisation has to answer a subject access request under the Data Protection Act. The 40 days went out of date under the GDPR, but I take pride in having been operating for long enough to have an old-fashioned name.
