About 21st CCLC National Technical Assistance Center (NTAC)

Welcome to the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) National Technical Assistance Centers (NTAC), funded by the U.S. Department of Education. The center provides capacity-building, evidence-based technical assistance, resources, and learning opportunities to out-of-school time professionals in Nita M. Lowey 21st CCLC programs. The 21st CCLC NTAC offers a variety of ways for program leaders and staff to learn, gather resources, and engage with peers and experts. Our network comprises over 85,000 professionals across 10,000+ program sites nationwide, impacting students in high-poverty, low-performing schools during nonschool hours. These professionals collaborate with 11,000 volunteers to provide innovative academic support and enrichment programs to help over 1.3 million students and 350,000 families build lasting success as lifelong learners.
