Proudly New Zealand owned, 22 Degrees turned 20 in 2020. We offer the full gamut of building services design including HVAC, hydraulics, electrical, fire protection, BIM and seismic engineering solutions. Our projects are extremely diverse and located from Invercargill to the Far North.
A good design starts with a good plan. We deliver smart, sustainable, innovative designs specific to the needs of the project. Led by a dedicated Project Leader our approach is collaborative and proactive. We ask the right questions and keep everyone in the loop. BIM is a core feature of our designs which ensures problems are solved before construction begins and all services are fully coordinated.

We provide guidance in energy efficiency and sustainable design including aspects like solar power, rainwater harvesting, and natural ventilation.
