At 220, we help youth become leaders in work and life. 🚀 We partner with youth-serving organizations through our comprehensive program designed to help students build leadership skills, enhance personal development, and prepare for success in all areas of life. Through our courses in leadership, personal finance, workforce readiness, resume building, interview skills, and entrepreneurship, we help older youth build skills around their confidence, organization, goal-setting, and ability to overcome challenges. We encourage self-reflection, persistence, and a mindset that even the most ambitious goals are achievable. Our programs equip students with practical skills like resume writing, interview preparation, financial planning, and entrepreneurial thinking, fostering their overall growth and readiness for the future. We work with Schools & Districts, Charter Schools, Out-of-School Time Networks and Programs, Community-Based Organizations, Local, Regional & State Workforce Agencies, Summer Youth Employment Programs, Job Corps Centers and College & Post-Secondary Institutions.
