22D Music Group is an independent music rights management company. Headquartered in Paris, 22D Music also operate offices in Spain, Germany, Scandinavia, USA, UK and is a direct member with the most important collection societies in the world such as SACEM/SDRM, SABAM, PRSformusic/MCPS, ASCAP, BMI, SGAE, STIM, GEMA, AUME, SUISA, BUMA-STEMRA... Other territories are managed through our long established relationships with local sub-publishers. This entitles us to effectively monitor and collect income in the complex world of international music publishing administration. Our hands-on expertise has proved itself and we have been appointed as local advisers for larger rights management groups such as Discovery TV, Cutting Edge, Connexion Media, Compact Collection, Fintage, ZDF and more.., in our local respective territories, because without local offices they weren’t able to get to the bottom of some issues. We have an energetic sync department dedicated to placing our client’s music in film, TV, commercials, video games. Our syncs include many European feature films, documentaries, TV commercials for luxury brands. We have ongoing collaborations with successful films composers and are happy to provide artistic services. Executive music production and co-production - the 22D Music production team is behind the soundtracks of some of the best productions for children, including Oscars & Cesars, Baftas winners. We are also able to administer the Secondary rights (private copy, cable & satellite retransmission, etc.) as these are becoming a significant aspect of IP rights exploitation, through our sister company 560 Media. The founders of 22D, Emmanuel Delétang, Sören Bauermeister and Yolanda de Felipe all worked for many years in music publishing and have also worked at local Performing Rights Societies.
