23 Consulting specialises in adding value in the field of commercial operations and Gen Z engagement and loyalty. Founder Pete Brizio has spent over 20 years in the commercial sector growing hospitality and retail operations for a variety of membership and private operators. In 2021 he decided to add to his expertise and completed a masters in Sporting Directorship, with a focus on how to engage with, and build loyalty with, Gen Z fans. This work was completed with support from Oxford United F.C and explored how and why their Gen Z fans became supporters of the club and remained loyal.
