Starting with 1980, Alexandros Moraitakis worked with top international companies as Merrill Lynch, Drexel Burnham Lambert, UBS Phillips and Drew, Persing DLJ and he obtained certifications and licenses issued by supervisors of capital markets in both United States and Greece. Since 1995, Theofanis Moraitakis joined Nuntius Brokerage & Investment Services S.A., after a long term experience as a professor at Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). The two brothers became shareholders and they exercise company`s management under European law and the rules issued by the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission (H.C.M.C.) . 24EXPRESSGAIN Brokerage & Investment Services S.A. it is a member of Athens Stock Exchange and of The Athens Stock Exchange Members` Guarantee Fund.
