What this might look like as a project... ⚡️ Facilitation of 'futures literacy' L&D programs ⚡️ Design and facilitation of team planning workshops ⚡️ keynotes at offsites or conferences ⚡️ Research and reports on the trends, signals, and possible futures for your industry ⚡️ Curation of signals and/or trends ⚡️ Creation of artefacts, resources, or prompts ⚡️ MC/hosting of events ⚡️ Podcast guest spots ⚡️ 2️⃣ New or different approaches to L&D. Usually because what you've got either isn’t fit for purpose / context / scale anymore, or simply doesn’t exist and needs building from scratch.
