Our team of scientists and strategy consultants truly lives out our mission to develop the business models of the future for our customers as their potential-development manager. In our scientific trend studies, the 2b AHEAD ThinkTank analyzes the opportunities and risks presented to our customers by emerging trend developments – specifically tailored to each individual business. In doing so, we not only conduct analysis within a given industry: We also consider all players who will shape the customer's business model in the future, even beyond the limits of the industry. We reject one-size-fits-all solutions and generic, prepackaged methods. With our in-house "trend cycle method" we sharpen our customers' strategic view of the changes in their individual trend cycle and of the ensuing consequences for their business model. In this way, our clients begin to truly understand who is driving their trend environment – and for what reasons. We advise our customers in the establishment of innovation management processes. Using scientific methods for quantifying competency, we support the formation of client-side innovation management teams. We motivate and lead these teams in the development of new products, strategies, and business models.
