2Comply Sagl was founded in 2020 in Switzerland as an external partner for financial institutions and other companies with the aim to provide them an expert view in risk management, compliance, regulation and governance, advising them in the construction of efficient organizational structures and processes. 2Comply’s professionals have an experience and know-how of over 80 years in risk management, legal and compliance issues and as of today the Company successfully provides its services to over 20 banks and asset managers in Switzerland. Our mission is to represent a trustful partner for banks, independent asset managers and companies in non-financial sectors, accompanying them in the ever-changing legislative environment. We support our clients in the fulfillment and in the implementation of the regulatory requirements, we offer an expert view in risk management and compliance matters, we cooperate in specific strategic projects for our clients, and we accompany them in the improvement of their internal processes and their governance.
