An experienced, EMCC-accredited professional/executive coach, I work with my clients either one to one or in groups and teams to reach their goals. These could be short-term targeted goals or long-term strategic plans. Either way, I strive to create an environment that enables the people I work with to find the best plans and solutions for moving forwards.
I have been training and supervising other coaches since 2012, on a variety of education programmes. I have taught up to Level 7 / Masters on both Coaching and Leadership courses. This has included designing programmes from the beginning, as well as teaching and assessing on established courses.
I provide a space for growth, support and challenge through my work, and get fulfilment from seeing clients and students successfully tackle the issues and learning goals that brought them to me in the first place.
