While our coaches are paid well, we know that coaching club lacrosse is a part time passion that attracts coaches that sacrifice evenings and weekends as a labor of love. Our staff is committed to building an environment where our coaches can simply focus on coaching and developing relationships with our players.
Our Directors are servant leaders that understand our coaches are our most important asset. We are always seeking coaches that couple a restless drive for excellence with healthy perspective.
We have a vision for building the top club lacrosse program in the country, one that develops players while inspiring them to chase their dreams. We want coaches that share in this vision, while also understanding that the ultimate win is not on the scoreboard, it is in helping our players become the best they are capable of becoming.
