3-I Innovation was born out of the many years of trying what was termed “new” and “exciting” enrollment management methods that invariably failed or did very little to move the needle forward. By the way, “new” does not always mean it is better. The 3-I Model is centered on an approach that emphasizes the institution’s involvement in student enrollment and success instead of relying solely on the students’ involvement. We will help identify what your students need most and work with you to develop a plan that addresses the students’ needs and the institution’s. 3-I Innovation is not your typical enrollment and institutional planning consulting company.
