We believe every individual and family deserves compassion, guidance as well as support from a quality provider. We pride ourselves on helping those who need support when finding those services they need no matter where they are in life. We work with those who are struggling with personal issues, involved in the criminal justice system, involved in family or dependency court system or going through divorce. We use evidence based therapeutic modalities such as: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution focused therapy, empathetic reflective listening, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and trauma informed therapy models. Our clinicians are highly trained, responsive and knowledgeable and have been declared an expert in many jurisdiction in Florida and other states. We are committed to helping our clients and families with a hands on approaches with open minds, guidance and flexibility. It's okay not to be okay and it is okay to ask for help.
