325 Development is a Chicago-based commercial real estate investment and development firm formed in 2004 by its principal, Eric Mallon. We are currently focused on acquiring and managing multi-family and mixed-used properties, as well as bank notes secured by such properties, throughout the greater Chicagoland area.
Through a selective and rigorous sourcing process, 325 Development invests in stable, income-generating properties which present significant value-add opportunities. With our industry connections and construction management experience, we are able to efficiently turn under-performing, under-valued buildings into profitable, stable long-term investments.
