Denice Beall founder of 360D, LLC Residential Design, has teamed with Michael Johnson, a licensed residential builder and general contractor, to form this unique construction company. Through their 39 years of combined experience, Denice and Michael have created a platform that fuses their respective talents in order to achieve integrity, transparency and sustainability in custom home building and renovation.
Denice began 360D, LLC in 2006, an interior design business with the focus of working with residential contractors and their clients in order to achieve happiness and balance throughout the construction process, all within the set budget. Through 360D, Denice has acquired an understanding of the inner workings of residential construction and project management and the importance of listening to clients.
Michael is an experienced in-town builder and general contractor with over 25 years of construction experience throughout Georgia, Florida and South Carolina. Michael builds and renovates top-quality, environmentally sustainable homes, along with multi-family developments and specialty commercial build-outs. He continuously meets all the challenges involved in the complex process of custom home building and renovating.
