360 Southwest at a Glance 360 Southwest knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. We believe that a single action can make a difference in the lives of those who need it most and what we do is based on the principals of Recovery where hope, empowerment, self direction and choice form the foundation of our organisation. We see our role as supporting people to build and sustain a quality of life that is meaningful and purposeful to them. How do we do things? We think this is pretty simple but... treat people like people - not a diagnosis. How we see it, - if we needed a service, if it were our family or friends - would we allow this service to care of our loved ones and how would we want that to look? Our goal: To assist as many people as possible to 'live their best life, however they may look'. We don't believe there is always a permanent 'fix' to a problem, but we can work towards solutions that get people to a better place than before!
