We curate our own on demand platform (38nacademy.com) offering real time workout videos, training programmes, nutrition workshops, meal plans, recipes, coaching workshops addressing habit change, goal setting, motivation and more. We currently run employee health and wellness programmes as well as coaching individuals to be the best, healthiest, happiest versions of themselves. We also run bespoke fitness holidays for body & mind. We were the first to bring the luxury fitness retreat concept to Ibiza and we continue to innovate and expand. From our start in 2012 we now run regular retreats with a luxury resort in Marbella, and at pop-up locations in the UK.
