We curate our own on demand platform (38nacademy.com) offering real time workout videos, training programmes, nutrition workshops, meal plans, recipes, coaching workshops addressing habit change, goal setting, motivation and more.
We currently run employee health and wellness programmes as well as coaching individuals to be the best, healthiest, happiest versions of themselves.
