Kaleigh Newby is based in Atlanta, Georgia and offers consulting, training, and coaching for corporations, small businesses, and non-profits. Based on Kaleigh's experiences in various leadership roles in organizations, she found the need to equip leadership and departmental management teams with useful knowledge on how to best serve their employees. When employees are able to thrive in their work, the company as a whole is able to fulfill its vision and mission in an efficient and impactful way. Kaleigh has a passion to come alongside corporations, small businesses, and non-profits utilizing the language of the Enneagram in order to increase employee retention, satisfaction, and efficiency. Kaleigh focuses consulting, training, and coaching to assist businesses by improving organizational systems, employee satisfaction, and departmental leadership. The goal is not only for your business or organization to thrive, but also for your employees and volunteers to be healthy, happy, and effectively working as a team. Kaleigh is open to travel (both in the United States and internationally) and offers virtual trainings and consultations as well.
