Our organisation was founded by ex-serving military personnel from the Australian Defence Force, with the primary goal of helping current and former serving men and women transition into civilian life smoothly through education. While challenging and rewarding, careers in defence are unique, and many of the skills and qualifications received during service are not often recognised by civilian employers. 3CIR bridges this gap in support; our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) services help transfer valuable skills and knowledge into nationally accredited qualifications. With our developed industry expertise, we have expanded our services to offer the same level of support, passion and commitment to anyone wanting to improve themselves through educational opportunities. Our specialised course offerings are an extension of the primary skills developed during service, with qualifications in leadership, security, work health and safety, risk management, first response and logistics, and various options to meet your personal and educational goals.
