3D Energi Limited

3D Energi Limited is a small ASX listed offshore oil and gas explorer (ASX: TDO) focused on developing energy projects to sustainably support the Australian energy transition. Founded in 2003 and listed in 2007, 3D Energi leverages its extensive technical expertise and small size to identify and rapidly respond to new commercial opportunities, having built a strong portfolio of exploration assets across Australia with exposure to both frontier and near-field opportunities. The company has developed a strategic portfolio in the Otway and Gippsland basins and has identified >10Tcf in prospective resources proximal to the East Coast gas market, at a time when the gap between supply and demand is ever increasing. Prospects in the Otway Basin, such as Flanagan and Seal Rocks, have the potential to deliver multi-Tcf gas discoveries proximal to infrastructure. The development of Joint Ventures with major E&P companies to co-fund exploration activities, including ConocoPhillips Australia, brings 3D Energi closer to realising its goal of becoming an East Coast gas producer. Frontier projects include WA-527-P in the Bedout Sub-Basin, where the company holds some 6500km2 in Australia's newest, under explored petroleum province. Proximal discoveries such as Dorado and Pavo highlight strong potential for the discovery of high value light crudes situated proximal to strong growth markets in Asia.
