At 3de we strongly believe that building services design is not about imposing a 'services strategy' on a building in a one-size fits all manner, but instead offering a bespoke and highly individualised design service with a personality. 3de was established by James Davies, a chartered mechanical design engineer with over sixteen years’ experience working within the building services industry on both a consulting and contracting basis. At 3de your engineer will be doing your work and you will have their dedicated service from start to finish.
