3DMedSim GmbH

3DMedSim is a Research &Development company located at BioMedizinZentrum in Bochum, Germany. We are specialised in developing serious game based teaching platforms for medical education. To make the learing process more enjoyable we apply gamedesign thinking to medical vocational education. We employ mobile applications, physical simulators with integrated platforms, as well as Virtual Reality technology, to enhance user involvement. These different platforms are combined with a common Cloud LMS that is supported by the SCORM xAPI standard, so that the learning experience can not only be fun but can be objectively measured and improved on.
