3DPhotoWorks' patented process converts visual and graphic material into a three-dimensional tactile print. Our prints have length, width, depth, and texture. Tactile feedback creates a mental picture that allows users to 'see' visual and graphic material through touch. Each product is a unique, one-of-a-kind work of art. To further assist in creating a more interactive experience, braille can be utilized for text, and sensors can be embedded so that when touched, a customized audio narrative is activated. Components that emit unique smells are also available. These three senses - touch, hearing, and smell, work together in the brain to replace the sense of sight.
