33DSWISSMED is a business unit within the GTK Timek Group SA, specialized in additive manufac-turing for the medical and dental sector. Founded in 2017, it extends the outstanding expertise in precision mechanics of the GTK Group to the medical field.
For our custom-made products we use plastic (different types of resin for wide variety of appli-cations) or metal (CoCr medical grade alloy).
For dentistry we manufacture various types of custom-made products for orthodontics and pros-thetics: metal framework for removable partial dentures, Herbst devices, splints, rings, space-maintainers, bridges. crowns, retainers, model casting, surgical guides. etc.
The medical production focuses on the preoperative phase with anatomical planning and study models for a wide range of fields as Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Radiotherapy, Nuclear medicine, Traumatology, Oral and maxillofacial surgery, etc.
