In 2014, we noticed a seismic shift in technology companiesโ recruitment needs. Their products were developing fast, and they needed people with highly specialist skills who could keep pushing the boundaries of what's possible. But those people were really, really hard to recruit using a traditional agency model.
3ecruit was founded on the notion of being invested in a single niche industry and remaining agile as it changes. As a specialist 3D printing recruitment agency, we soon started working with several ๐ด๐น๐ผ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฐ๐น๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐. Some loved working with us so much that they asked us to recruit for IT and print management jobs, too.
