Here at 3Fund all of our fundraisers are trained in the addictive art of fundraising. They are experts in the field; each fundraiser is an individual who is highly committed to creating lasting positive change, telling meaningful stories, and inspiring passers-by to become a part of the solution.
Through their daily interactions, face to face fundraisers inspire large numbers of people to support not for profit organizations – empowering everyday people to make a difference.
The fundraising process creates coverage for the charity brand, and sends a committed and genuine message to the public through a powerful, professional conversation.
One of our main reasons for success is our management training programme. We invest a lot of time, effort and money so the can take on more responsibilities. With more responsibilities comes much better rewards. Our leaders and managers would agree.
