3FUND was established in 2017. Thanks to a lot of incredible people we now work in 4 different countries across 24 different cities. A massive thank you goes out to everyone who made this possible. Here at 3Fund all of our fundraisers are trained in the addictive art of fundraising. They are experts in the field; each fundraiser is an individual who is highly committed to creating lasting positive change, telling meaningful stories, and inspiring passers-by to become a part of the solution. Through their daily interactions, face to face fundraisers inspire large numbers of people to support not for profit organizations – empowering everyday people to make a difference. The fundraising process creates coverage for the charity brand, and sends a committed and genuine message to the public through a powerful, professional conversation. One of our main reasons for success is our management training programme. We invest a lot of time, effort and money so the can take on more responsibilities. With more responsibilities comes much better rewards. Our leaders and managers would agree.
