3KIND Perspective, LLC

3KIND Perspective, LLC was created in June of 2023 in East Lansing, Michigan when three women, each with diverse herstories, experiences, and perspectives, united with a shared vision to promote the message of inclusion. As women from multicultural and international backgrounds, our narratives encompass transracial adoption, refugee experiences and the challenges of navigating multiple cultures. Our individual stories are rich and complex and when combined with over 40 years of working in higher education as diversity, equity and inclusion practitioners, 3KIND Perspective, LLC offers a ground-up, global and growth approach that provides expert solutions for organizational transformation. 3KIND Perspective, LLC is available for trainings, workshops, consultation and speaking engagements on the topics of diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging and leadership. 3KP offers organizational infrastructure and policy solutions, cultural capacity building and strategies for engagement in the DEI space.
