3P Engineering has more then 10-year experience in the domestic and professional appliances, residential and industrial equipment, oil&gas and renewable energy sectors. With its headquarter in Chiaravalle and a branch in Urbisaglia, Marche Region, it has a team of more than 20 engineers and PhDs, delivering simulations, testing, work processing and prototypes; everything under a quality, innovation and excellence aegis. 3P Engineering's mission is to support manufacturers and R&D departments for any step of a product concept. Starting from ideas, giving them life through 3D CAD modeling and FEM/CFD simulations; passing to a traditional or a rapid prototyping; getting to the necessary performance and functional testing after the design validation, until the real, physical production. This approach has been so appreciated by the market, that Tre P has achieved several patents, after developing new solutions and real prototypes introduced in the industrial and domestic appliances' industries. After years of new experiences and several successes, 3P Engineering decided to share its performance solutions with the market, by opening a dedicated business unit to develop and deliver complete test benches and chambers (managed by patented softwares), designed to independently test and check the products's features and performance, both to competently apply the EU Energy Label (according to the applicable IEC standards) and to satisfy any particular requirement. The 3P test standard benches and chambers are mainly dedicated to cooking elements (range hoods, cooking tops and ovens), motors and ventilators, pumps and valves (3P is the partner laboratory and official provider of Dafram); nevertheless, thanks to the ability of the 3P engineers to stay updated and be on the first line with new technologies and patents, a test bench can be designed for any industrial chain manufacture, in need of end-of-line, reliability and performance checks and verifications.
