3PC provides Workforce Optimisation services including Managed Labour specialising in Container Pack / Unpack, and measurable Value-Added Services – labelling, put away, picking, loading out, kitting, co-packing and more. We started in Melbourne in 2009 as a safe, reliable and cost-saving alternative to casual labour-hire. Wanting our clients and employees to think positively of us, is what drives us and our current capabilities to deliver value at lower costs to our clients nationally.
