We specialise in guidingg people through their healing journeys by offering creative approaches to navigating emotional patterns and addictive behaviours. Recently, our work has focused on helping Aboriginal youth, women in justice systems, and NDIS participants. This work involves crafting experiences that resonate with and meet individuals on their healing journey, ensuring sustained, positive outcomes. 3rd Mind believes in facilitating these changes through a holistic system that acknowledges and connects to each person’s unlimited potential. With a Master's in Therapeutic Arts Practice, a Cert IV in AOD, and four years of experience in the field, our facilitator leads creative, interactive relapse prevention and AOD awareness groups, using a blend of creative arts and psychoeducation.
