Our approach
We offer our clients a proposition that combines the specialist expertise and external perspective of the HR advisor (what needs to be done) and the practical mindset and real experience of the HR practitioner (how to implement successfully).
We actively seek to complement and augment our clients’ existing teams, only using our people or other external specialists where necessary. We work hard with our clients to develop solutions that make use of the knowledge of those existing teams and to support them to make those solutions work in practice.
3XO is made up of experienced HR professionals who want to work closely with clients as part of a trusted team, but who, for diverse reasons, don’t want traditional in-house, consulting or interim type roles. These HR professionals are the 3XO Network.
