415 ha LLC was born from an idea of a team of dreamers and planners. We implement actions and take steps towards reaching the determined vision - to create and design the city of Nairi - a place where each of us would be happy and satisfied to live, work, and innovate. The city is planned on 415 ha land, located at a distance of 25 km from Yerevan. With its “future city” infrastructure, Nairi confirms a commitment to developing an innovative, sustainable, and healthy atmosphere for the growth of the tech community of Armenia. We seek to be a benchmark for innovation and technology, generating a project focused on people and sustainability.
