41A on Mediation

41AonMediation is a Mediation Nominating Body that provides parties to a dispute with a panel appointed mediator. 41A's panel of Mediators are accredited and experienced Mediators and are Advocates, Attorneys or Experts in their area of practice. The appointment of an independent Mediator will guide parties through the mediation protocol as set down by the courts of South Africa. The appointed Mediator provides a fixed fee and time mediation based on the value of a dispute, with mediations completed within 30 days of party agreement to mediate. 41A Mediators conduct mediations online or in person and availability is provided to ensure minimum interference to a party's working day.
